Matcha 抹茶

The first time I drank matcha was in 1997 when I travelled to Kyoto.

It is not very common to drink this Hong Kong.

There was once a macha tea shop in Elements Shopping Mall in the past. I forgot the name of the shop but I bought all the necessary of the tools to make the green tea at home.

台灣朋友真幸福，茶道課程多得很。香港只有一個協會。 城市大學也開了一間日本茶室，但看來只是教學用途，不作對外公開的。
